We are a dynamic digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow online through SEO, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and YouTube marketing. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team and help acquire new clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue business opportunities on freelance and client platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Linkedin, etc.) and via direct outreach. Write compelling proposals and bids for SEO, SMO, and YouTube marketing projects. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to convert leads into projects. Research competitors and market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements and provide accurate proposals. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track progress using CRM or project management tools. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or bidding for digital marketing projects. Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, and YouTube marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write persuasive proposals that convert leads into clients. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in generating leads. Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
