Job Title: HR Executive – Export House (Factory Unit) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource and administrative functions at our export house factory. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a factory setting and be well-versed in statutory compliance, recruitment, and audit handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruit factory workers and office staff (both blue-collar and white-collar roles). 2. Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including appointment letters, onboarding forms, and employee records. 3. Ensure timely and accurate PF and ESI documentation and statutory compliance. 4. Maintain and monitor attendance records and leave management systems. 5. Manage all documentation and compliance under the Factory Act and other applicable labor laws. 6. Address and resolve employee grievances effectively. 7. Coordinate and manage social compliance audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, and similar standards. 8. Handle buyer compliance audits and ensure necessary documentation and systems are in place. 9. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the factory. 10. Liaise with PF and ESI consultants and ensure timely submissions and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a factory environment. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written). Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Familiarity with social and buyer audit standards is essential. Past experience in administration and office/factory maintenance will be preferred.
