Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager is located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing growth strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The role also involves presenting new products and services to prospects and clients, and monitoring market trends to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Business Strategy, and Growth Strategy
Experience with Market Research, Market Analysis, and Identifying New Business Opportunities
Proficiency in Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, and Negotiation
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
Experience in the healthcare or genomics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
