Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals with strong networks in hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers—especially those with a background in genomics, diagnostics, or EMR/SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers.
• Manage the entire B2B sales cycle: from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal product and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Support pilot programs and onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide market feedback to help shape product development and positioning strategies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in health tech, diagnostics, genomics, EMR, or digital health sales.
• Proven experience in managing healthcare B2B sales cycles or strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a science discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to hospitals or diagnostic labs.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or clinical documentation tools.
• Deep understanding of genomics or genomic testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
