Job Description

We are hiring result-driven professionals for the Agency Partner Channel (APC) with one of Indias most reputed life insurance organizations. This role offers long-term career stability, leadership exposure, and strong income growth.

Candidates with experience in Life Insurance are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and develop Agency Partners and Advisors
Drive life insurance business through the agency channel
Train advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance
Support partners in lead generation, client meetings, and closures
Achieve assigned sales, activation, and productivity targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth policy issuance

Eligibility / Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
1 to 6 years of experience in APC Channel Sales
Strong communication and people management skills
Willingness to work in a field-based sales role
Local market knowledge preferred
Age between 24 and 45 years
