About the Role

You’ll lead growth via proactive outreach, strategic pipeline building, and opening doors to new clients across design, development & email marketing automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential clients in SaaS, tech-enabled platforms, and enterprise teams.
  • Outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, and referral channels.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls or segments, and hand off to the founder for closure.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and cadence flows.
  • Manage pipeline and CRM for lead tracking and conversion metrics.
  • Provide feedback to refine offer messaging and outreach effectiveness.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in

    BDM/BDR/SDR roles

    —especially in agency environments.
  • Comfortable selling

    high-value creative, technical, or growth services

    .
  • Understands agency/business models, not just transactional sales.
  • Experienced with tools like MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Apollo and

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Excellent written/verbal communication, empathy, persistence, and strategic thinking.
