Business Development Manager

Job Purpose

This job will exclusively focus on driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationship with business clients. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Sourcing and Management

• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of HR, TA / Business CXOs.
• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
• Pre-sales Research and Account mapping activities.

2. Sales Meetings

• Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client & prepare information sheet.
• Having effective sales meetings in order to understand the needs & ecosystem of the client.
• Understand the SWOT of Customers and accordingly plan the go-to-market sales pitch.

3. Sales Proposals

• Create presentations based on the client requirements.
• Co-ordinate with the Legal & delivery team to generate proposals.

4. Sales Conversion

• Negotiate win-win deals.
• Maintain revenue generation as per management guidelines.

5. Client Co

   ordination

• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client.
• Be the interface between the client and the delivery team from contract to fulfilment of roles.

6. Self Learning:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices.
• Active LinkedIn page with at least 10 relevant industry specific posts.
• Actively participate on company and other social media platforms for bringing visibility for the IndiHire group.
• Regularly assess yourself and look for areas to enhance efficiency.
• Follow all SOPs in the company.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as per Business need.

Required Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in business development within the IT recruitment/staffing industry, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Skilled in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience in managing key accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored hiring solutions.
• Proficient in client negotiations, proposal development, and end-to-end sales cycles to achieve consistent business targets.
• Good understanding of IT roles, market trends, and talent landscapes to position services effectively and support client requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely closures and high client satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
