Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and represent TalentNovo's service offerings to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprises Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts Generate qualified leads and convert them into loyal clients Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape Qualifications: 5-8 years of proven business development experience in learning & development, HR consulting, or related fields. Experience in B2B space of Edtech excluding K-12 is welcome.
