Location: Pune

Psychology

• Literature Review & Research

• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies and literature reviews across topics in HR, mental health, and social / organisational psychology.
• Maintain research documentation, create reference lists and bibliographies.

• Data Collection, Statistics & Psychometrics

• Design surveys, manage datasets, and perform descriptive / inferential analyses (Excel & SPSS).
• Perform item writing, validation studies, norming, and technical documentation for psychometric instruments.

• Content Development

• Produce clear, audience-appropriate content for wellness apps, corporate workshops on organizational behaviour/ development, training scripts, and thought-leadership blogs.

• Academic excellence

  and a post-graduate degree in psychology or an allied discipline.
• Knowledge of

  research methodology

  —both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Good understanding of

  statistics

  and

  psychometrics

  ; hands-on experience with Excel and SPSS (or similar).
• Proven

  writing and editing skills

  with an ability to translate research into engaging, actionable content.
• Excellent

  organizational

  and

  time management

  skills, and attention to

  detail

  .
• Good

  communication

  skills in English, both written and spoken
