Location: Pune We are looking for a Psychology Research and Content Specialist. Key Responsibilities Literature Review & Research Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies and literature reviews across topics in HR, mental health, and social / organisational psychology. Maintain research documentation, create reference lists and bibliographies. Data Collection, Statistics & Psychometrics Design surveys, manage datasets, and perform descriptive / inferential analyses (Excel & SPSS). Perform item writing, validation studies, norming, and technical documentation for psychometric instruments. Content Development Produce clear, audience-appropriate content for wellness apps, corporate workshops on organizational behaviour/ development, training scripts, and thought-leadership blogs. Required Profile Academic excellence and a post-graduate degree in psychology or an allied discipline. Knowledge of research methodology —both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Good understanding of statistics and psychometrics ; hands-on experience with Excel and SPSS (or similar). Proven writing and editing skills with an ability to translate research into engaging, actionable content. Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail .
