Work experience required 3 – 8 years in Sales Knowledge of basic sales process; calling, follow-ups, sending quotations and deal closures Connect with the higher education leaders in your region Understand of Higher Education System Good Understanding of ERP Software and SAAS Sales Should be an initiator and an extremely proactive person. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products Good presentation skills (Knowledge of Tools like MS Office, Zoho CRM, etc) Open to travel domestic and international location Qualification: Graduate/ BE/MBA (Marketing) Remuneration: Remuneration to be decided based on experience and current offering to the candidate.
