Business Development Manager - Support

Purpose/Objective

The BD Support role in the International Energy Business at Adani requires a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in the Energy sector. The role will be primarily focused on Thermal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of the energy landscape. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Adani's global energy initiatives and drive sustainable growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the international energy market, with a focus on Thermal. - Support, Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and market expansion for Adani's International energy business - Support the evaluation and pursuit of new projects, partnerships, and investments in alignment with the company's objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market dynamics, regulatory environments, and competitive landscape - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and government entities - Provide market insights and analysis to support decision-making and business planning - Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to represent Adani and explore potential opportunities - Contribute to the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and policy developments to identify strategic opportunities - Support and assist BD Lead. - Coordinate with respective business internally for budget & execution plan.

Technical Competencies

• Comprehensive knowledge of the global energy market and industry dynamics,Financial analysis and investment evaluation skills,Project management and business case development,Regulatory and policy understanding in international markets

Qualifications and Experience

- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical - MBA preferred
