Role Overview

Business Development (BD) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web Development, Hosting, and Digital Solutions).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with the technical team to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by building a strong pipeline of clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and client needs.
• Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Managing Tender Opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience

  in IT Business Development / Sales.
• Strong understanding of IT services (web development, Moblie App development, digital solutions).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
