Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients for IT services (Web Development, Hosting, Digital Solutions).
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and client communications.
Work on achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, calls, and networking activities.
Assist in handling tender opportunities and inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales.
Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Solutions).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an added advantage.
