We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Real Estate Sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Handle client inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and benefits.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closing of transactions.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth handover.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high conversion rate.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
Ability to handle high-value clients and luxury/residential projects
Energetic, motivated, and target-oriented personality
Good understanding of the Noida & Greater Noida real estate market
