Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting embedded finance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategy development, client meetings, and sales presentations. The role also involves negotiating contracts, tracking market trends, and reporting on business metrics.

Qualifications

Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills
Market research and strategy development expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Experience in the healthcare or fintech industry is a plus
