Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager- Malaysia to drive growth for our staffing solutions business in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the recruitment or HR services sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our presence across key industries in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients requiring staffing and recruitment services across various industries (IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.). Client Relationship Management : Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to understand their hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and grow market share. Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion. Proposal Development : Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and pricing models that align with client requirements Collaboration : Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and SLAs. Negotiation & Closing : Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and manage onboarding of new clients. CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. 7–10 years of proven sales or business development experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions, preferably within the Malaysian market. Strong network of corporate clients across Malaysia is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of local employment laws and staffing trends in Malaysia. Show more Show less
