Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves pitching ideas and creating proposals for prospective clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and staying updated on market trends to identify new prospects. The Business Development Manager will act as a key driver of business growth and take part in networking and business events to build partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
• Experience in event planning, public relations, and project management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of the event and entertainment industry in Mumbai and related markets
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Adaptability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning, and sales forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the event management or entertainment industry is a strong advantage
