Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and sustaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the creative and production teams. The role involves researching market trends, pitching proposals, creating strategic plans for growth, and meeting business development objectives in the dynamic field of event management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy.
• Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development.
• Familiarity with Event Management, Operational Coordination, and Project Execution.
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in working within fast-paced, creative industries is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results within deadlines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in the event management or entertainment industry is a significant advantage.
