Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms
• Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, startups, builders, consultants, etc.)
• Present and pitch our interior design and execution services to prospective clients
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to align solutions with client needs
• Follow up consistently and maintain relationships throughout the sales funnel — from lead generation to project closure
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the commercial interiors or real estate sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and local language
• Presentable and professional appearance — this is a client-facing role
• Minimum educational qualification: Undergraduate degree (UG)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player
