Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified corporate prospects through

  networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events

  .
• Build and strengthen relationships with

  key decision-makers

  (corporate real estate teams, facilities managers, procurement heads).
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across

  corporate, commercial, and institutional sectors

  .
• Drive end-to-end business development process:

  lead generation, client presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless

  design-build project delivery

  aligned with client requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape

  strategic business development initiatives

  .
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong focus on

  long-term relationship building and client retention

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in

  Business Development / Sales

  , preferably in

  interiors, real estate, construction, or design-build industry

  .
• Strong

  client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to

  develop strategies, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  .
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving abilities

  .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
