We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a combination of business acumen, client engagement, and leadership to achieve revenue targets and represent the brand in a competitive environment.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement business strategies.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance to management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
4–7 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or key account management.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or premium customer service industries is an added advantage.
