the Role & responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced BD Manager to drive growth and expansion in our security services business. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Develop and execute business development strategies

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets

- Develop and manage proposals and pitches

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales

- Strong understanding of the security services industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of business growth

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    5-7 years in

    B2B or Institutional Sales

    , preferably in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Housekeeping, Security, or Staffing Services.
  • Industry Exposure:

    Candidates from

    facility management, staffing agencies, housekeeping, security, industrial services, or commercial cleaning sectors

    will be preferred.
