Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join

our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business

opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth for our staffing and

payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing, contract hiring, and

payroll outsourcing.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking

events.

• Meet with clients to understand their hiring and payroll needs and propose tailored

solutions.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain and expand strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and

high client satisfaction.

• Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT staffing or HR

services.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing industry trends.

• Ability to work independently and handle client meetings and targets with minimal

supervision.

• Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling payroll services or exposure to US staffing.

• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

• Understanding of basic labour laws (PF, ESI, PT) is a plus.
