Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing across industries. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce requirements. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill client requirements. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring contract terms are favorable and compliant. Maintain and update sales pipeline, reports, and CRM systems. Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Required Skills:Proven experience in business development or sales in staffing/recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring models (contract, C2H, permanent). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
