Redsun is a rapidly growing IT staffing and consulting company specializing in providing top-tier technology talent to clients across the US. We focus on delivering staffing solutions that support digital transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise-scale development initiatives.

We are looking for a proactive, well-connected professional who can bring new clients and build long-term partnerships that drive consistent revenue growth.


Position Overview

We are seeking a hunter-minded Account Manager / BDM who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships from the ground up, and converting leads into revenue.

The ideal candidate will already have an active client or vendor network within the US IT staffing space and a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales and recruiting lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new direct clients or MSP/vendor relationships within the US IT staffing industry.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and active client accounts.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to generate qualified leads.
  • Present Redsun’s staffing solutions to decision-makers (Hiring Managers, Procurement, MSP contacts, etc.).
  • Work with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely submittals and placements.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and rate terms with clients and vendors.
  • Track and report weekly progress on client outreach, submissions, interviews, and closures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for client expansion and retention.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development or account management.
  • Proven ability to bring new client accounts (direct or through MSP/VMS).
  • Solid understanding of US hiring models, visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM tools like Ceipal, JobDiva, or Bullhorn.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly and quarterly placement or revenue goals.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Established contacts within IT, Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
  • Experience selling staffing solutions to MSPs, System Integrators, and Direct Clients.
  • Exposure to lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to mentor and build a small recruiting team once client accounts grow.
