Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our global presence in the Beauty & Personal Care industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing international markets, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives . Key Responsibilities: 1. International Sales & Business Development Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in global markets . Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and B2B partners . Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with international clients. Develop strategies to increase sales volume and market penetration across different regions. Manage end-to-end export sales operations , including documentation, shipping, and compliance. 2. Market Research & Strategy Development Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated on international trends in the beauty and personal care industry . Adapt products and marketing strategies to suit cultural preferences and regulatory requirements of target markets. Work closely with the product development team to ensure product formulations meet international standards. 3. Marketing & Brand Positioning Develop and execute international marketing campaigns , including digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and trade shows . Oversee the creation of marketing materials, product catalogs, and promotional content tailored to global markets. Leverage social media and e-commerce platforms to boost international brand awareness and online sales . Manage PR, influencer partnerships, and branding efforts to strengthen the companyβs global presence. 4. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth Set and achieve international sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Work with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and timely delivery. Implement pricing strategies considering local market conditions and competitor benchmarks. 5. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulatory requirements, and product certifications (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, Halal, etc.). Manage import/export documentation, product registration, and country-specific compliance processes. Liaise with government agencies, trade organizations, and certification bodies. Key Skills & Competencies: β Proven experience in international sales & marketing within the beauty & personal care industry . β Strong negotiation and business development skills with an ability to close high-value deals. β Understanding of global market trends, distribution channels, and cultural dynamics . β Knowledge of international trade laws, regulatory compliance, and export documentation . β Experience in digital marketing, social media strategies, and influencer marketing for global markets . β Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills . β Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office . β Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory) . Qualifications & Experience: π Education: MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or a related field. π Experience: 8+ years in international sales & marketing , preferably in beauty, personal care, or cosmetics . π Industry Preference: Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, FMCG.
