Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s revenue and growth objectives.

 Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities with B2B, B2C, and institutional clients.

 Drive domestic sales of Ayurvedic medicines, herbal powders, cosmetics, and personal care products.

 Build strong relationships with distributors, retail chains, private label clients, and e- commerce platforms.

 Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and channel partners.  Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and product launches.

 Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and client satisfaction.

 Participate in exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s product range.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Education: Master’s / Bachelors

 Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development/sales in the FMCG, nutraceuticals, Ayurvedic, herbal, or personal care industry or any industry.

 Strong networking skills with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

 Ability to understand regulatory aspects of Ayurvedic, herbal, and cosmetic products.

 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
