Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Roles and responsibilities -1. Finding and retaining clients.2. Encouraging extant clients to purchase our products and service.3. Promotion of contract manufactured products under health and personal category.4. Learns sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions.5. Practice and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients. Maintains and develops relationship with clients.6. Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.7. Flexible enough to travel for exhibitions and other promotional activities.8. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs). 9. B2B, B2C Sales. Required skills and qualifications -1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in commerce / any, marketing, sales or a related field.2. Prefer experience in sales or business development roles from 0 to 1year. 3. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, interpersonal and negotiating skills.4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.5. Adapt in networking and problem-solving. 6. Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.7. Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams. 8. Preferable industries service, pharma, health and wellness, FMCG.
