Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Purchase Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. In addition, the Sr. Purchase Manager will collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality standards and timelines for production. With a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability, we aim to deliver natural wellness solutions to domestic and international markets. Role Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing new business opportunities for the company’s Ayurvedic, herbal, and organic product portfolio. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying emerging business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s revenue and growth objectives.  Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities with B2B, B2C, and institutional clients.  Drive domestic sales of Ayurvedic medicines, herbal powders, cosmetics, and personal care products.  Build strong relationships with distributors, retail chains, private label clients, and e- commerce platforms.  Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and channel partners.  Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and product launches.  Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and client satisfaction.  Participate in exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s product range.  Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reports to management on sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile:  Education: Master’s / Bachelors  Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development/sales in the FMCG, nutraceuticals, Ayurvedic, herbal, or personal care industry or any industry.  Strong networking skills with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.  Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.  Ability to understand regulatory aspects of Ayurvedic, herbal, and cosmetic products.  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
