This is not your regular 10-to-7 job. This is where you:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C customer acquisition and retention across all Hala Mobility hubs in Hyderabad.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute on-ground marketing and outreach campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor sales funnel metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing to ensure smooth customer onboarding and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate data tracking in Excel and internal CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum 3+ years in Business Development/Sales (B2C experience is mandatory).
  • Languages:

    Fluent in

    Telugu, Hindi(mandatory), and English

    (intermidiate).
  • Skills:

    Professional-level

    MS Excel

    proficiency (reporting, dashboards, analysis).
  • Leadership:

    Ability to hire, train, and manage your own team.
  • Location:

    Hyderabad – required to work across all our hubs.
  • Schedule:

    Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
