The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, assessment, coordinating hiring processes, and driving walk-in recruitment initiatives. This role requires agility, ownership, and the ability to hire quality talent in a fast-paced startup environment. Candidate requirements: 1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management Source high-quality candidates from various job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, IIMJobs, Hirect, Apna, and other relevant platforms. Continuously explore new sourcing channels to improve talent reach. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and share recommendations with hiring managers. 2. Recruitment Operations Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess fitment, motivation, and expectations. Organize and manage walk-in drives, weekend hiring, and bulk recruitment when required. Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and hiring priorities. Provide insights on market talent availability and sourcing strategy. Ensure strong communication and alignment throughout the hiring process. 4.
