Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Cluster Manager for an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Cluster Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of multiple transportation hubs, manage teams to ensure operational efficiency, and maintain excellent customer service standards. The role involves fostering strong stakeholder relationships, analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies to meet business goals, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong team leadership, staff management, and workflow coordination skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking for operational efficiency
• Knowledge of the EV industry, transportation systems, and sustainability practices
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Prior experience in operations management or logistics is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
