Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter specializing in blue-collar hiring. The Field Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, and managing job offers. The recruiter will also be responsible for creating recruitment strategies and maintaining recruitment records. This role is based in Delhi, India.
