Job Description

Hala Mobility is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Fleet Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our electric vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in service management, warranty coordination, inventory control, and OEM/vendor relationship handling. This role will play a key part in ensuring the health, availability, and performance of our 2W, 3W, 4W, and trike fleets across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service hub operations across multiple cities, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety norms
  • Coordinate warranty claims and AMC processes with OEMs and component vendors, ensuring timely settlements and replacements
  • Monitor fleet uptime using telematics and predictive diagnostics tools like CercleOS, targeting 95%+ uptime
  • Track and manage spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts and pilferage, while optimizing part usage and costs
  • Lead preventive maintenance cycles and readiness checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Supervise hub teams including service mechanics, field technicians, and operations coordinators
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships for service, spares, batteries, and other critical components
  • Resolve technical escalations and minimize vehicle turnaround time during breakdowns
  • Conduct service audits and prepare operational dashboards and performance reports
  • Support asset commissioning, tagging, and inspection during onboarding and deployment
  • Create and update SOPs related to fleet service, warranty, hub workflows, and spare part procurement
  • Lead training programs for hub staff and ensure consistent service quality across all locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across deployment, compliance, and tech for fleet optimization
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in fleet operations, EV/automotive service management, or supply chain/logistics role
  • Strong working knowledge of service SLAs, warranty processes, and parts lifecycl
  • Proficiency in using fleet telematics, ERP tools, or operational platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor negotiation skill
  • Willingness to travel between hubs and manage ground teams directly
