Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – Fleet Ops & SCM

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for EV spare parts, tyres, lubricants, chargers, tools, fibre

panels, and infra.

• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and credit terms (minimum 30 days).
• Ensure minimum 3 quotations for procurement.
• Maintain vendor database, GST compliance, documentation.
• Conduct quarterly vendor performance evaluations.

2. Inventory & Hub-Level Supply Chain Operations

• Oversee stock planning and availability across Hyderabad hubs.
• Set and monitor reorder levels for critical components.
• Track issuance, returns, and consumption logs.
• Minimise shrinkage and maintain monthly stock reconciliation.
• Maintain GRN, RTV, and physical verification records.3. Battery Supply Chain Management
• Manage logistics and flow of batteries across hubs and charging points.
• Track swap cycles, battery health, and charging uptime.
• Coordinate with partners (Flowvatt, Sun Mobility) for billing, RMA, and repairs.
• Track defective battery stock and replacement TAT.

4. Logistics, Vehicle Movements & Distribution

• Plan and execute movement of vehicles, batteries, and parts.
• Optimise routing and reduce transport costs.
• Support fleet deployment, retrieval, and hub infra readiness.

5. Cost, Data & Performance Management

• Drive procurement and logistics cost optimisation.
• Track KPIs: fleet uptime, battery availability, cost per repair, inventory ageing.
• Prepare MIS reports for VP – Fleet & SCM.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to procurement and finance policies.
• Maintain PO/PR, invoices, agreements, and GST documents.
• Ensure hubs maintain spare parts and charging documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fleet Ops.
• EV mobility / last-mile / automotive experience preferred.
• Strong vendor negotiation and procurement skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, MIS, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multi-hub operations and field teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or similar.
• MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
