Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Patna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies. The role includes market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Proven track record in business development
• Knowledge of LLC formation and U.S. tax laws is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
