Job Title: Business Development Manager – Exports

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – Exports to lead and expand the company’s international business operations. The role focuses on identifying global market opportunities, developing export business, managing end-to-end export processes, and strengthening the company’s brand presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export business strategies to expand presence in international markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Manage complete export trade operations, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, logistics processes, INCOTERMS, and international payment terms.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
  • Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, conferences, and overseas client meetings.
  • Strengthen and promote the company’s brand presence across global markets.
  • Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present export performance reports and growth analysis to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in export business development within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of export trade processes, documentation, and international business practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required for business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
