Job Description

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end sales across enterprise licensing and SaaS subscriptions.
  • Build strategic relationships with Government, Smart City, Infra, and Enterprise accounts.
  • Drive channel partnerships with OEMs, SIs, and resellers.
  • Run discovery → solution alignment → proposals → negotiation → closure.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and solution engineers so you focus on high-value closings.
  • Represent Futops at industry expos, conferences, and C-level boardrooms.
What You Bring
  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS / Enterprise / GovTech sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing ₹50L–₹3Cr+ deals.
  • Experience with Govt. tenders, RFPs, and enterprise procurement.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A builder’s mindset — entrepreneurial, resourceful, loves the high-risk, high-reward game.
  • Hands-on with CRM and GenAI tools to supercharge productivity.
