Experience Level: 2–3 years in digital or outdoor advertising sales Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Outdoor Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of digital outdoor advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities · Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. · Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions. · Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of digital outdoor advertising. · Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. · Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure successful campaign execution. · Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Qualifications · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. · Experience: 2–3 years of experience in digital or outdoor advertising sales or a related field. · Skills: o Strong communication and presentation skills. o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. o Knowledge of advertising industry trends and digital advertising platforms. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. · Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms. · Understanding of data analytics and campaign performance metrics. Working Conditions · Location: Office setting with frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. · Schedule: Day shift; may include evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs. · Compensation: Base salary with performance-based incentives.
