Job Title: Operations Executive – LED Installation & Support Department: Operations Company: Dynapix Digital Media Location: Hyderabad (with travel to various installation sites) Job Overview The Operations Executive will assist in installation, wiring, and maintenance of LED display screens at malls, petrol bunks, and other client locations. The role involves fieldwork, basic electrical work, coordination with the warehouse and technicians, and providing on-site support during and after installation. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Preparation & Coordination • Visit client sites for site inspection and measurement. • Support in material loading, unloading, and arrangement at the site. • Coordinate with fabrication and logistics teams for delivery of structures and LED panels. • Ensure power and mounting arrangements are ready before installation starts. 2. Installation Assistance • Assist senior engineers in mounting LED cabinets, connecting power and data cables, and fixing display structures. • Use tools safely for drilling, wiring, and assembly work. • Maintain proper alignment and finishing during installation. • Follow safety rules and use protective equipment at all times. 3. Testing & Configuration Support • Help configuration team during screen testing and software setup. • Report any faults, loose connections, or brightness issues to the engineer. • Ensure all modules, power supplies, and controllers are properly connected and working. 4. Post-Installation Maintenance • Support regular AMC and service visits as assigned. • Assist in replacing damaged modules, checking wiring, and basic troubleshooting. • Keep record of site work completed and spare parts used. 5. Documentation • Maintain logs of work completed, materials used, and issues faced. • Follow company process for documentation and client sign-offs. Required Skills • Basic understanding of electrical wiring and tools. • Knowledge of LED screen structure and power connections (training will be provided). • Ability to work at heights and handle fieldwork safely. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to travel for installation and support assignments. Qualification • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. Experience • 0–3 years in installation, electrical work, or field operations. • Freshers with technical background are welcome; training will be provided.
