Role Summary:

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage

  paid & organic campaigns

  across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads focused on

  B2B lead generation

• Design and implement targeted lead funnels using

  Meta Ads Manager

  , WhatsApp integrations, and lead forms
• Create engaging ad creatives (in collaboration with the design team), including carousels, reels, and stories tailored to industry segments
• Optimize campaigns based on

  CPL, CTR, reach, and ROI metrics

• Monitor analytics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports using tools like

  Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards

• Retarget and re-engage leads using custom audiences and pixel-based strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly followed up and converted
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, ad formats, and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in

  digital marketing lead generation

  , preferably in B2B industries
• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Business Suite

  ,

  Google Ads

  ,

  LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  , and

  basic CRM (Zoho preferred)

• Solid understanding of

  funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

• Strong knowledge of

  Instagram and Facebook ad formats

  , targeting, and ad copy strategies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage campaigns with a performance-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field
• Certifications in

  Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or HubSpot

• Experience in

  technology or signage-related products
