Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in business development and sales. You will work closely with senior team members to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations
Support negotiations and contract discussions with clients
Coordinate with the marketing team to align business development strategies
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Build long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
Learn and adapt to evolving business strategies and market trends
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of sales principles and client relationship management
Prior internship experience in business development or sales is a plus
Interest or background in the media and entertainment industry is an advantage
