Interior Designer

Title

The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of interior range of materials, their workability and relevant market trends in terms of designs and should be able to guide the execution team of site with construction details. · The candidate should have a strong background in Interior design with an assorted personal portfolio of projects in commercial.

Skills Required:

• A relevant standard set of software knowledge and fluency with the same is a must. (Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion AutoCAD, MS office) Advance software knowledge or AI work experience will be appreciated and definitely be accounted for.
• Strong skills in space planning and interior design
• Experience in creating construction drawings and FF&E selection
• Knowledge of architecture principles and design standards
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Previous experience in luxury interior design is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 10- 15 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute
