Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships in the digital lending space. This role will focus on lender acquisition, B2B relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations teams. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding Cybersapient’s fintech footprint through data-driven growth strategies and hands-on engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders.
  • Drive B2B outreach with tech-enabled platforms in fintech, edtech, and SaaS domains.
  • Conduct partner meetings, demos, and relationship-building sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with marketing and operational execution.
  • Monitor lender dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports using MS Excel.
  • Support lender onboarding, business campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Travel across regions for business development and strategic expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or partnerships in fintech, edtech, or tech sectors.
  • Prior exposure to lender relationship management is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business engagements.
