Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned

Business Development Manager – US Staffing

with strong experience in acquiring and managing US clients. The role requires hands-on expertise in US staffing sales, deep client relationships, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth while working closely with recruiting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development for US IT Staffing (Contract, C2C, C2H, Full-time)
  • Acquire and manage direct clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and decision-makers
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality submissions
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, and SLAs with clients
  • Expand existing accounts and increase wallet share
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development
  • Strong network of US direct clients and/or MSP relationships
  • In-depth understanding of MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
  • Experience working with onsite/offshore recruitment teams
  • Strong closing skills and revenue ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing active sales pipeline or client portfolio
  • Experience selling high-demand technologies (Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, ERP)
  • Prior experience working in an onsite India delivery model
