Job Summary

AFRA INDIA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any degree
• Experienced and Freshers can also apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical roofing products and solutions
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

Preferred Experience

• Experienced and Freshers can also apply
• Existing network of contractors, developers, and architects is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
