About the Role

Drive revenue growth and market expansion as Logicrest’s Technical Business Development Manager. This role bridges complex technical solutions and clear business value, focusing on closing high-value B2B and enterprise deals in industrial automation, AI, and IoT.

You will own the full business development lifecycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure and long-term client relationships—while working closely with the CEO and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-value B2B opportunities in industrial automation, AI, and IoT
  • Build and maintain a continuous sales pipeline of ₹50L+ in qualified opportunities
  • Conduct technical discovery and client consultations to understand business and operational needs
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and solution documents
  • Close enterprise contracts and manage post-sale client relationships
  • Develop and manage long-term white-label partnerships with system integrators (highest priority)
  • Represent Logicrest at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support the CEO during investor meetings, enterprise negotiations, and strategic discussions
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to the product and leadership teams

Required QualificationsExperience

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales or IT services sales
  • Proven track record of closing a minimum of 3 big deals (verifiable)
  • Experience managing complex, technical sales cycles (2–6 months)

Skills

  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, AI, or IoT solutions (through prior sales or technical exposure)
  • Established network within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B enterprise sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts into business outcomes and ROI
