Project Manager – Industrial Automation & AI Projects

About the Role

Logicrest Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial automation, AI, and IoT-driven projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technical projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

You will work closely with engineering, business, and leadership teams as the central point of coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and client requirements
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business functions
  • Track project progress, dependencies, and risks; implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Manage project budgets, vendor coordination, and cost controls
  • Conduct weekly status reviews with internal teams and leadership
  • Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and knowledge repositories
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates to leadership, clients, and investors
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Required QualificationsExperience

  • 4–5 years of experience in project management within software, engineering, infrastructure, or technical services environments
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Exposure to industrial automation, IoT, or engineering-led projects (strongly preferred)

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with industrial systems, automation projects, or infrastructure deployments
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, system integrators, or external partners
