Business Development Manager (BDM)

Futura Kitchen Sinks India Pvt Ltd is hiring a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Manager for its Bangalore operations. The role is focused on on-field sales and expanding the company’s market presence. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth in assigned territories. Regular market visits are required to promote products and develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key responsibility. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and collecting market feedback. Coordination with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support is essential. The candidate must prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update management on progress. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required for this position.
