Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Outreach & Market Development

  • Design and execute outreach strategies to build awareness across Goa and nearby regions.
  • Build partnerships with preschools, corporates, housing societies, and local organizations.
  • Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and community events to promote RISE.

2. Admissions Growth & Lead Conversion

  • Drive the end-to-end admissions process, focusing on lead generation, nurturing, and enrollment conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions and marketing teams to deliver seamless parent experiences.
  • Set and achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

3. Marketing & Communication Support

  • Work with the marketing team to create and implement communication plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Track leads generated through digital platforms and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach content and engagement initiatives.

4. Market Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor schools, and regional admission patterns.
  • Maintain accurate reports on leads, conversions, and key performance metrics.
  • Present data-driven insights to guide strategy and future planning.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and support the admissions and outreach team to meet collective goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to shaping the school’s brand presence during its formative years.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of monthly and annual enrollment targets.
  • Growth in local partnerships and community engagement.
  • Contribution to brand visibility and outreach effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, admissions, or marketing—preferably in K–12 or higher education.
  • Proven record in lead generation, partnership building, and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Goa’s education ecosystem and local parent community is an advantage.
